Scottish Patissier & Chocolatier Shares His Recipes!


The recent William Curley demo at UCB, which was on behalf of members of the BCF and guests of Classic Fine Fines to showcase fruit puree from Ponthier and chocolate decor and moulds from PCB Creation was a great success. The event was over two days, day one for industry professionals and day two for students at UCB.


A huge thanks goes to UCB, in particular to Richard Taylor for his non-stop efforts in providing all the assistance required and to William Curley himself for all the effort in the preparation and the delivery of the demo which was done alongside his daily work for his wonderful chocolate shops in Soho and Harrods. .
