The finalists of the BCF Young Chef of the Year 2024 award have been revealed.

Competition organiser and BCF President Peter Griffiths said: “The calibre of entries received and the interest shown from right across the industry promises once again to deliver what I feel sure will be another very exciting and rewarding event.”
The final will take part on Monday 11th November at University College Birmingham, followed by dinner and prizegiving.
The winner will not only win a gold medal, trophy and a cheque for £500, they also win Grass Fed Irish Beef Masterclass with Aubrey Allen and seeded entry into National Young Chef of the Year 2025.
The judges are: Aktar Islam, Stuart Deeley, Adam Bennett, Adam Thomason, Kevin Buck and Stuart McLeod.
Competition in Partnership with Bord Bia, Major International, Lakeland Dairies and Wrapmaster, supported by RAK Porcelain and University College Birmingham.
