A Welcome Return for September Chefs' Club Lunch!

Galvin at Windows Restaurant and 10 Degrees Sky Bar, located on the 28th floor of the Hilton Hotel, Park Lane, London welcomed members to the BCF Chefs’ Club Lunch on Wednesday 14th September.

Champagne and snacks on arrival, with fabulous views over the capital, followed by an excellent lunch, overseen by Executive Chef Mark Hardiman who looked after us exceptionally well. Prior to lunch, Chairman Lee Corke called for a minute’s silence in respect of her late Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II. It was the day the Queen was taken from Buckingham Palace to lie in state at Westminster Hall and we had a view of the gun salute in Hyde Park.

It was very obvious that once again, Mark and his team had gone to a huge amount of trouble to create a very special menu and to making the day another one to remember. The front-of-house staff were extremely friendly and efficient and the standards set at Galvin’s were a credit to all concerned.

Another very enjoyable day in the BCF calendar.
